You’ll pay face value for any rewards that employees redeem in our catalog. For example, a $25 Visa gift card will cost you $25. This cost is billed separate from your subscription and you don’t have to pay upfront to get started, we’ll simply bill you each month for any rewards redeemed in the previous month. You’ll never pay for points or allowances that go unused.
Every month our system detects which users were active and which were not. When we detect users that become inactive, we will automatically remove their cost from your next month’s bill. If any new users are detected, they will be added.
Adoption can vary by size and industry but typically our clients see over 80% adoption across their organizations each month and that number very often exceeds 90-95%. We’ve built our pricing model so that you don’t pay for people who aren’t using Nectar. This aligns us as trusted partners – we’re incentivized to drive continued adoption and engagement.
