15% Increase In Employee Recognition Scores

PropLogix scored 83% on employee recognition in an employee survey before Nectar. After implementing Nectar, employee recognition scores increased to 98%.

Recognition is the highest scored question in the company engagement survey. Better than "I feel like my manager cares about me." Better than "I feel like that I know what my my job responsibilities are." Out of all of them, feeling recognized was by far the highest ranked.
