If your answer is “Probably not,” you’re not alone. Many companies have well-meaning recognition programs, but no real way to see if that appreciation actually lands—or if it’s just floating around in cyberspace. We’ve heard it all: “I wish I knew who’s being recognized and who’s slipping through the cracks.” That’s exactly why we’re launching our brand-new Shoutouts Report for 2025. It’s the perfect way to see who’s sharing the love, who’s on the receiving end, and even which core values are being celebrated the most.

Some of our Nectar Champions already have the Shoutous Report enabled in their account. We’re rolling this to all customers throughout January, so if it’s not in your account it will be in the next few weeks.

  • Top Senders (a.k.a. Your Recognition Rockstars) - Every team has that one person who’s the first to say, “Great job!” The Shoutouts Report shines a spotlight on these unsung heroes, so you can give them the high-five they deserve.

  • Most Recognized (and Those Who Need a Hug) - Celebrate your most recognized employees, but also keep an eye on those who’ve received zero shoutouts. Sometimes, a quick check-in is all it takes to make someone feel noticed.

  • By Department & By Core Value - Curious if Marketing is outshining Finance in team spirit? Or which core value is winning hearts across the company? Now you can slice and dice your data by department or by the values you’ve championed—like Innovation, Teamwork, or Customer First—to see which ones are getting the most love.

  • Monthly Trends: Spot peaks (like right after a big project launch) and dips (possibly around holidays) with an easy-to-read chart.
  • Percent of Users Sending: Instantly know how widespread your recognition culture really is.
  • Points Given: Track not just the thank-yous but also the value attached to them.
  • Detailed Feed of Shoutouts: Browse who’s recognizing whom and read their messages to see the real impact behind the numbers.

Users Receiving Shoutouts

This widget gives you a quick snapshot of how many people in your organization are getting recognized—and how frequently. Click “View Details,” and you’ll dive into a dedicated page where you can see a full trend line, individual stats, and even who’s been missing out.

  • 12-Month History: Easily spot when recognition is at its highest—or lowest—so you can step in with campaigns or reminders.
  • Percent of Users Receiving: Know at a glance how inclusive your kudos culture truly is (and see if you’re on track with engagement goals).
  • Total Points Received: Track not just the number of shoutouts, but the total reward value being shared across your team.
  • Admin Insights: Quickly see who hasn’t gotten a shoutout yet, so you can reach out, foster connection, and ensure no one feels overlooked.
  • Detailed User List: Dive deeper to see each employee’s last received date and total shoutouts, giving you context for every “thank you” (and identifying anyone who might need a boost).
