This month, we focused on three big things: helping every employee give recognition, giving people leaders better visibility, and making sure global teams feel connected no matter where they are.
Let’s take a look at what’s new—and more importantly, what it means for you and your teams.
Community Recognition Just Got a Whole Lot Bigger
You’ve told us how powerful Community Recognition has been for you—especially when it comes to celebrating those unsung heroes who aren’t always in the spotlight. But you also told us it needed more flexibility. So we listened.
Nectar admins can designate managers or users as Community Recognition Admins. Community Recognition Admins can approve, deny, and add points to a community shoutout. So you can free up your time and delegate to others on your team. That means more people can take part in rewarding peers for great work, living your values, or simply showing up in meaningful ways.

And if you’ve ever tried to send out dozens of community shoutouts at once, you’ll love this next one: we’ve added bulk action tools to make that process faster and easier. Recognizing a whole event team? Rolling out quarterly peer awards? You’re covered.
We’ve also added a new community shoutouts widget to your dashboard, so you can keep a real-time pulse on how your people are recognizing each other. It’s more visibility, more momentum, and more celebration—all in one place.

Building for Every Language, Every Voice
Recognition doesn’t mean much if it doesn’t land. And in a global team, language can be the difference between someone feeling seen—or feeling left out.
That’s why we’re excited to introduce support for Simplified Chinese and Japanese as part of our multi-language capabilities. Now, even more team members can interact with shoutouts, challenges, and comms in the language they’re most comfortable with.
It’s a small update with a big impact. Because when you break down communication barriers, you open up space for deeper connection.
Analytics That Speak Your Company’s Language
Let’s be real: most dashboards weren’t built for the way your company actually works. That’s why we’ve redesigned ours to flex with your structure—not the other way around.
With our new custom property filters, you can now slice your recognition and rewards data however makes sense for your org. Want to see shoutouts by department? Tenure? Location? You’ve got it.

It’s about more than charts and graphs—it’s about getting insights you can actually use. Insights that help you spot gaps before they become problems, celebrate the teams that are thriving, and report up with confidence.
Deeper Insights for the Leaders Who Need Them Most
People managers are the front line of your culture. They’re the ones spotting burnout, encouraging growth, and keeping their teams aligned. So this month, we gave them some powerful new tools to help them do it even better.
The new Team Insights page is built just for managers. It gives them a clean, easy-to-read view of their team’s recognition activity—who’s getting celebrated, who might be flying under the radar, and how their team compares to others.

But we didn’t stop there. With our new downline analytics view in the Manager Report, managers can now see beyond just their direct reports. They get a full picture of recognition across their entire reporting chain, which helps them lead more strategically and support more people with less guesswork.

Let’s Build What’s Next—Together
These features are live and ready for you to explore. Whether you’re looking to make recognition easier, your insights smarter, or your global teams more connected, we hope these updates make a real difference in how you build culture.
As always, if you’d like a personal walkthrough or want to see what’s possible with these new tools, we’d love to show you around.
