By integrating Kudoboard with Nectar, every board runs on your Nectar roster and login, and admins get one view of every board across the workspace.
How It Works
Nectar integrates with Kudoboard to bring group celebration boards into the platform. Start a board, invite the team, everyone adds messages, photos, and GIFs, and the finished card is delivered on the day.
What you can do:
- Create Kudoboard boards and group cards directly from Nectar
- Find and sign your boards from a personal My Boards page in Nectar
- Give admins a single view of every board across the workspace
- Invite anyone to sign or receive a board with just an email address, no Nectar seat required
What data syncs:
Your Nectar employee roster carries over to Kudoboard, so boards always reflect your current team without a second upload or a stale list.
Authentication method:
The Kudoboard integration uses magic sign-in in both directions. Signing in to Nectar signs you in to Kudoboard, and Kudoboard's login screen is replaced with Sign in with Nectar, so there is never a second password to manage.
Where users interact:
Employees create and find boards inside Nectar, while each board opens in Kudoboard's familiar card experience for signing and delivery.

Setup & Implementation
Getting started with Kudoboard + Nectar is straightforward for HR admins.
High-level setup steps:
- Reach out to your Nectar CSM (or contact us) to add the Kudoboard integration to your plan
- Enable Kudoboard from Nectar's admin settings
- Confirm your employee roster is flowing through to Kudoboard
- Start your first board from the Kudoboards page in Nectar
Requirements:
- Nectar admin access

- Kudoboard integration add-on
Estimated setup time:
Minimal. Once the add-on is enabled there is no separate Kudoboard account, roster upload, or password setup to complete, and your CSM and Nectar Support are available for onboarding assistance. For detailed instructions, visit the Help Center documentation.

- Admin-only controls for enabling and managing the integration
- Alignment with Nectar's SOC 2 compliance practices
Only authorized administrators can configure or manage the integration.
