What is Nectar Flows?
Flows is Nectar's automation builder for the employee experience. You set up a sequence once, and Nectar runs it for every employee, sending the right recognition, message, or survey at the right moment across onboarding, anniversaries, and other key events.
Do I need technical help to build a flow?
No. Flows uses a no-code visual builder, so you drag and drop each step, delay, and branch. Anyone on your People team can build and launch a flow without engineering or IT.
What can I automate with Flows?
Onboarding sequences, work anniversaries, milestone recognition, manager reminders, and company updates are the most common. Because Flows runs across recognition, comms, and surveys, a single flow can span all three instead of living in a separate tool.
What can trigger a flow?
Flows can enroll people automatically by hire date, work anniversary, or list membership, or you can add recipients manually. Nectar also skips anyone already in a flow, so no one gets a duplicate message.
Is Flows included in my plan?
Every Nectar customer, including Recognition-only plans, can build plain-text flows. Full designed, branded flows are included with Nectar Comms. There's no separate Flows add-on to buy.
